What hours is your shop open?

Tuesday-Friday 10.00am until 4.00pm
Saturday 9.00am until 12.00pm
Private functions as required.

How much will shipping cost?

All Australian domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post and the charge is $9.95 AUD. 

How long will it take to ship and receive my order?

All online orders are processed and shipped by Australia post the next day Tuesday-Friday, however please note that this may be prolonged slightly during sale periods.

Domestic: Once shipped deliveries are generally between 2-4 days depending on which state you live in (we ship from The Blue Mountains, NSW)

How will my order be packaged?

If your purchase is a gift and you would like it sent straight to the recipient please leave us a note in checkout with your personal message. We will include a little gift card in the parcel and make sure all prices are removed.

Can I pick up an online order in store?

Yes of course! If you are a local, or driving through The Blue Mountains, please write a note in your order stating your intention to pick up in store and which day. We will then refund your shipping for you.

Can I return an online order in store?

You certainly can, as long as your return complies with our normal returns policy.

How can I track my item?

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a link to track your parcel.

What do I do if I received a faulty or incorrect item?

First off, we’re so sorry! Occasionally we, or our suppliers can make a mistake. If you believe your item is faulty or we have sent the incorrect item, please contact us via email or call our store so we can fix this for you ASAP.

How can I use a Chapters & Leaves Gift Voucher?

Gift Vouchers may be entered in the checkout.
Simply type in your code and click “apply" and your discount will be automatically applied to your order or bring your gift voucher in store and select your ideal gift.

Where is your store?

We’re located in the picturesque Blue Mountains, at Faulconbridge, just up the road from Springwood (3, 7-9 St Georges Crescent, Faulconbridge NSW, 2776). Next time you’re planning a trip to the Blue Mountains, we are just 25 minutes up the Great Western Highway from Penrith. Come and say hi!

Can I pay with my credit card?

Yes! You do not need to have a Paypal account - Paypal and Shopify are simply our payment gateways. Proceed as normal through checkout to complete your order. It will prompt you for your credit card details. If you are having any issues please call us, we are always happy to help.

Can I use more than one discount code on an order?

Unfortunately you can only input one discount code at a time.
